How VietDevHire collects and processes information submitted through our forms.

Information we collect

Contact info (name, email).
Hiring details (role/stack, budget, start date, notes).
Developer application details (Vietnam location, GitHub/LinkedIn/portfolio links, availability).

How we use it

To respond to your request (candidate shortlist / talent pool matching).
To improve our product and process (internal).

Third parties

Currently, form submissions may be processed by a form handling service (FormSubmit) and forwarded to our email. This means your submitted data is processed by that provider.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and page views so we can improve the website. Query parameters and URL fragments are removed from page URLs before they are sent to analytics. Form contents are not sent to Vercel Web Analytics.
