How VietDevHire handles information in forms and tech profiles.
Information we collect
- Contact info (name, email).
- Company details and job postings submitted by employers.
- Developer application details (Vietnam location, GitHub/LinkedIn/portfolio links, availability).
How we use it
- To manage accounts, review submissions and display approved job postings.
- To improve our product and process (internal).
Third parties
Information sent through our forms is delivered to our inbox through Resend. Resend processes the details you submit to deliver the email.
Accounts, CVs and visibility
New accounts and profiles are stored with Supabase. CVs are held in private storage and can be downloaded through the site only by their owner. CV text is processed on our server to suggest links and skills; suggestions enter your profile only after you accept them.
Company profiles are private. Company name, website and approved job content appear on public listings. Pending jobs and revisions are visible only to their owner and site reviewers.
Profiles start private. If you enable a share link, anyone with it can view the professional details you entered. Email, CV and pay expectation are excluded. Disabling sharing revokes the link. Your choice to be open to opportunities is recorded separately and will need reconfirmation before recruiter search launches.
You can edit your profile, replace or remove your CV, and permanently delete your account and data from the profile page. Account deletion also removes your company profile and closes your jobs. Profile data is not sold through a public link.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and page views so we can improve the website. Query parameters and URL fragments are removed from page URLs before they are sent to analytics. Form contents are not sent to Vercel Web Analytics.
If you allow it, we also use Google Analytics cookies to measure visits, traffic sources and engagement on public pages. Google processes this analytics data. We do not send form contents, CVs, emails, query parameters or URL fragments to Google Analytics; account and profile pages are excluded. You can allow or decline analytics using the buttons on this page.
